Couple of hours drive to Lake Albert Caravan Park. Crossed the Murray River on the ferry from Wellington. First time van has been on a ferry - and it was free. A well maintained park right on Lake Albert. Amenities older but spotless. There is even an aviary with budgies and cockatiels. Drove to Coonalpyn about 50k away to see the silo art. Paintings of five schoolchildren - excellent work but looks like they are starting to fade a bit. The silo art and water tank paintings we have seen have just been superb. We later saw a documentary on how the children were picked and how Guido the artist went about the painting. Then drove to Raukkan to see the church which is on one of the older $50 nots but it is in an aboriginal community and we weren't allowed in - probably because of covid. Not to be disappointed Al got the drone out and got some photos anyway. Back to Narrung where we got the ferry to Port Malcolm to see the only inland lighthouse in Australia. It was strange a lighthouse being on a lake albeit 149 square kilometres - Lake Alexandrina. Back home and got pictures of the boat sculpture, Al on the bird man ostrich - the man only grew to the size of a 7 year old and robbed houses and escaped on his ostrich. Also got pic of the pelican statue and somes valiant cars Al got his eye on.
