2 hour drive to Bremer Bay Caravan Park. Large park with lots of permanents. Amenities fairly modern and clean. Bumped into Amanda and V who had been next to us at Bullara Station. Bremer Bay Beach has nice white sand and beautiful water but yet again the wind is following us. Checked out Little Boat Harbour Beach, Blossoms Beach and then Native Dog Beach. The last two supposed to be good surf beached but not today with this wind. Went to Tooraburrup Hill lookout - great views. Stopped at Short Beach which was my favourite. Drove to the Cuneo Drive Scenic lookout and the Rock Cairn lookout. Spectacular but windy. Went to Fisheries Beach which is absolutely beautiful with the most amazing coloured waters and white sand. Quite sheltered here too so you could have a sunbathe and snorkel. Found the elusive Bremer Bay lookout tucked away in the scrub. Wellstead Museum next with heaps of cars, bikes, farm machinery and allsorts of artefacts. Not sure if I would have like a doll in those days - pretty creepy. Geoff who we had met at Onslow popped over for a drink before he leaves. He's heading off to Mandurah to see his son while his wife is at home in Wollongong with the three daughters. On our last day went to the Bremer Bay Brewery for lunch and shared fish and chips washed down with a sneaky seagull pale ale. The outdoor tables had upturned dinghy's for shelters and beer kegs for loos in the men's toilets. Actually got to lie on the beach for a little while on our last day.
