Told it was taking 7 hours to get through border yesterday so left Timber Creek at 4.30 to get to border and arrived at 6.30. Only 8 vehicles in front of us. Took is one and a half hours which was great. Had our isolation stay at Migaloo Farm right on the Ord river. Met up with Troy and Jo and Ben and Christie and a couple of other families we had bumped into at Bitter Springs and Howard Springs. Had our covid test at the hospital - just awful - didn't think they could get any further up my nose. Our stay at Migaloo was great. There was a little jetty where we could jump off and swim in the river which we did everyday we were there. Al even got on his surfski. Sat around the camp fire for drinks at night. Thousands of bats flew over just before the beautiful sunset. Met Rob and Kel, Dave Kristen and Shane and Cass. Restrictions lifted for the covid test so we got on our way to Kimberleyland Caravan Park less than 30 mins up the road. On a good site with views of the lake - even saw a small croc in there. Park has a pool and clean, modern amenities. Massive boab tree here and we caught up with some of our iso family. Got a metal boab tree and t-shirts.
